The Sunday Studio

A platform that runs a surface pattern business from end to end. Customers buy digital patterns and printed homeware, while behind the scenes the admin side handles listings, orders, social content and the catalogue.

  • Digital pattern shop with licence comparison, a cart and protected downloads
  • Seasonal storefront that can be switched on for the homepage with one setting
  • Etsy listings written, previewed and approved inside the app, with listing images built automatically

Once Upon A Colour

A subscription app for families and teachers with more than 900 colouring pages and a growing set of printable activities. Members get a free page every day, and the admin studio runs content, promotions and partners.

  • Alphabet pages in four languages, matching activities, name cards and word searches with online play
  • Ambassador programme with personal codes, a dashboard, an agreement and tracked payouts

Business workflow platformIn daily use

DCG Desk

A multi-company workflow platform built for a Portuguese accounting firm to replace its spreadsheets. Clients upload documents, the app prepares the accounting entries for review, and the team runs the monthly and yearly routines from one place.

  • Documents classified into journal entries, with AI suggestions that improve from the team's corrections
  • Bank statements imported and matched to documents
  • Monthly payment maps per client, exported as branded one page PDFs

Candlelit Stories

A mobile first platform where authors write and publish their novels and readers buy the stories they love one at a time. It is built around a distraction free writing desk, with a full reader side and a payments system that keeps an exact record of every cent.

  • Writing desk with chapters, version history, named snapshots, scheduled releases and a deadline planner
  • Story bible with character cards and relationships, a research shelf and series
  • Muse, an optional AI companion that rewrites, continues, brainstorms and gives feedback, and only suggests. Nothing reaches a chapter until the author presses Insert

A self-improvement app that brings a daily journal, habits, moods and a vision board together on one home screen. It rewards people for coming back, and it installs on a phone straight from the browser.

Websites that look the part

Custom design, fast pages, careful animation and clean structure. Every site is built around the business behind it, with search basics in place and a handover so you can edit the everyday things yourself.

Online stores

Custom shops with Stripe checkout, automatic VAT, digital delivery and an upload app that makes adding products quick, plus connections to Etsy and Printify.

Booking, contracts and payments

Multi-step booking flows that collect details, generate a PDF contract, take a signature and charge a deposit in one visit, with every step recorded for you.

Client portals and dashboards

Secure areas where clients follow their project, message you and see what they have paid, plus a private admin side where you keep everything in view.

Subscription and membership apps

Plans, free trials, content that releases on a schedule, referral programmes and the admin tools to run them without a developer on call.

Automation and AI with a human in the loop

Branded emails and follow-up sequences, document sorting, listing generation and writing help, always with a review step so a person approves the result.

The studio behind the work

Built by a mãe, for small businesses.

BéKa Studio is named after my two daughters, Beatriz and Francisca. I spent more than ten years as a certified accountant before I started building software, which is why the things I make handle money, documents and deadlines with care.

I build with the tools I trust, I test with real data, and I keep improving a product long after it has launched. You can see the results on this page.
